This tool demonstrates how AI can generate personalised travel communications for different staff personas at London Luton Airport.

How to use this tool:

  1. Select a persona from the dropdown menu
  2. Click "Generate Profile" to create a random profile based on that persona
  3. Review the generated profile, persona matching, and personalised communication

This is a research trial to understand whether AI can create effective sustainable travel communications tailored to individual staff needs and preferences.
